Dylan Schmeyer is a commercial litigator and entertainment lawyer well-known for his vast business experience and acute understanding of all the ways the realities of business and law intersect. Resourceful, creative, and hard-working, Dylan puts his hard-won knowledge, born of a career spent wearing many hats in many industries, to work for clients from all sectors of commerce. Dylan spent the beginning of his career at the helm of his own business consulting firm before joining KUSK in 2021.

 

Mr. Schmeyer received his JD from Golden Gate University School of Law (2015), where he was an Honors Lawyer Program graduate and won multiple Witkin and CALI Awards in Torts, First Amendment Law, Copyright, Legal Research, and Writing, and Alternate Dispute Resolution, and graduated from the University of Denver (2012) with a Bachelors in Theatre and Political Science.

 

Mr. Schmeyer is admitted to practice in Colorado and has deep business ties in the Rocky Mountains and on both coasts.
